At Apps Vietutd (“We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Vietutd”), we respect the client’s (“You”, “Your” or “User”) privacy and take protecting it seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how FormMail Hub for Google Sheets accesses, collects, uses, processes, stores, shares, and deletes your data when you use our software and services.
We collect your information only with your consent; we only collect the minimum amount of information that is necessary to operate our software and services; we don‘t sell or share your information with anyone else.
To operate effectively, FormMail Hub integrates with Google Workspace APIs. Below is the detailed breakdown of how we interact with your Google user data:
Our service uses the Google OAuth 2.0 protocol for authentication without requiring the user to share their login credentials with us. Depending on the features you enable, FormMail Hub requests access to specific Google User Data scopes:
Google Account Profile: To authenticate your identity and obtain your email address for account creation, licensing, and communication.
Google Sheets Data: To read, view, and manage spreadsheet data (rows and cells) in order to process form submissions.
Gmail / Email Services: To send automated confirmation emails on your behalf based on the templates and rules you configure.
We use the accessed Google user data strictly to provide and improve the core functionalities of the FormMail Hub add-on. Specifically:
Your email address is used to generate your user license, send payment receipts, and communicate regarding product updates or critical service announcements (e.g., maintenance, billing issues).
Your spreadsheet data is processed in real-time to detect new submissions, populate your custom email templates, and trigger automated workflows.
We DO NOT sell, rent, trade, or share your Google user data with any third-party advertising networks, data brokers, or external entities.
We may share non-Google personal data with trusted third-party service processors (such as PayPal for billing, or live chat providers for support) strictly to assist in operating our website and business. These third parties are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance: FormMail Hub's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We prioritize your data security. FormMail Hub is designed with privacy in mind:
No Spreadsheet Data Persistence: We do not store your Google Sheets contents, rows, or email body contents on our servers. All spreadsheet data processing happens dynamically in-memory during the execution of your configured rules.
Configuration Storage: Only your application settings (such as rules, email templates, metadata, and user quota) are stored securely in our database using industry-standard encryption protocols to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or abuse.
Retention: We retain your account metadata and configuration settings for as long as your account is active to provide you with uninterrupted service.
User-Controlled Deletion: If you no longer desire our service, you can completely revoke access and delete your data by uninstalling the FormMail Hub add-on from your Google Workspace.
Deletion Requests: You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated configuration data on our servers by contacting us directly. We will process your request and permanently delete your data within 3 business days.
As is true of most websites, we gather certain non-personal statistical information automatically and store it in cookies and log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser version, operating system, date/time stamp, and other interactions with the application. We use this information to analyze trends, identify potential cases of abuse, and help diagnose technical problems.
Payment Processors: We use secure third-party payment processors, such as PayPal, to bill you for services. We neither store nor have access to your credit card details.
Social Media Features: Our website includes social media features, such as the Facebook “Like” button. These features may collect your IP address, and the page you are visiting, and may set a cookie to function properly. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them.
